Recipe for Paneer Pasanda that can serve an unlimited number of people:
Ingredients for Paneer Pasanda:
1 kg paneer (cottage cheese)
4 onions, sliced
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp cashew nuts, ground to a paste
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 cup cream
Salt, to taste
Oil, for cooking
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
Instructions for Paneer Pasanda:
Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add tomato puree and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add cashew nut paste and mix well.
Add water and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Let the paneer cook in the gravy for 5-7 minutes.
Add cream and mix gently. Let the gravy cook for another minute.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan or rice.
Note: You can adjust the quantity of ingredients based on the number of people you're serving. This recipe can easily be scaled up or down as per your requirement.
